We partnered with PolyAI to create a digital experience that brings the agony of traditional customer service automation to life. The result? Looped: A Customer Service Nightmare—a maze-like horror game where players face endless hold music, tangled menu loops, and dead-end responses.

As you navigate the chaos, subtle clues reveal how PolyAI’s lifelike AI turns these frustrating interactions into a seamless, smooth experience. I conceptualized the entire game and crafted the in-game copy, while my team designed the maze and eerie characters, amplifying the pain of outdated systems—only to reveal how PolyAI puts an end to the madness.
